Agent Stats is for AI stats only. Use this menu to review executed agent actions and AI performance over a selected date range.
If you need human agent stats, use Statistics Overview instead.
What you can review
- AI-only versus human-involved conversations.
- Executed action trends.
- AI usage metrics.
- Conversation lists linked to the analytics.
Access path
Top header > Menu SearchBar > type Agent Stats > click Agent Stats.
