Create a view with Channel = Mail and no other constraints on status or assignment. Check Spam Settings if you think messages are missing. HelpWave merges all email conversations automatically, so if a customer opens 10 different email threads, it will appear as 1 thread in HelpWave.

Go to + Create and choose Auto-Create Tickets from Message, then copy and paste your message with all order numbers. Emails will be sent automatically. Enter a message with one or more order numbers, and the system will extract the order numbers and create tickets. Otherwise, you can directly copy and paste the message in your Slack channel for smoother communication and process.

Use your private API key under the REST API menu. If you connected an external email provider to HelpWave, such as Gmail, OVH, or Hostinger, the conversations are also stored by that email provider.
