Re:amaze Setup & Credentials
Re:amaze uses HTTP Basic Auth in Helpwave. The integration stores a login email, an API token, and the base URL for the brand host you want to connect.
Required fields
- Login email
- API token
- Base URL, for example https://yourbrand.reamaze.io
Setup flow
- Open the Re:amaze integration dialog.
- Enter the login email used for API access.
- Paste the API token.
- Enter the Re:amaze brand base URL.
- Save and validate with a test conversation.
What Helpwave uses it for
- Creating conversations in Re:amaze
- Pulling conversations and messages into Helpwave
- Closing synced conversations
