Help Scout User Mapping
Helpwave can map shop users to Help Scout users after credentials and mailbox access are in place. The mapping tab loads both user lists and stores a per-user selection in Helpwave.
Prerequisites
- A valid Help Scout access token
- A mailbox selection that returns the intended users
- Existing Helpwave users in the shop
Mapping steps
- Open the User Mapping tab.
- Refresh users when needed.
- Assign a Help Scout user to each Helpwave user.
- Save mappings and validate with a test conversation.
