Gorgias Push Tickets

The Push Tickets tab is designed for controlled backfill work. Helpwave requires a since date and an explicit confirmation before the push request is sent.

What the UI requires

• A configured Gorgias username, API key, and base URL
• A since date
• A checked confirmation box

Current behavior

• The backend validates that a since date was provided
• The request returns a success message when everything is already in sync
• The flow is safe to use as an operator checkpoint before wider migration work

Recommended usage

1. Confirm credentials and user mappings first.
2. Select a conservative since date.
3. Document the result of the push check for the team.
4. Only expand the window after the first validation run.
