E-commerce-related conditions allow you to define criteria based on e-commerce data and transactions.
Key E-commerce Conditions
- Shopify Last Order Created Date
Targets Shopify customers who made their order more than 5 days ago.
- Financial Status
Triggers the Rule by checking the current status of the order.
- Fulfillment Status
Applies if the order has been fulfilled, partially fulfilled, or restocked.
- Tags
Looks for Shopify Tags that you specify.
- Total Price
Triggers a Rule depending on the amount of money the customer has spent.
- Last Fulfillment Created Date
Targets customers' tickets depending on when the created date of their last fulfilled order was.
- Last Fulfilment Shipment Status
Applies the Rule depending on the current status of the shipment.
- Last Fulfilment Status
Targets tickets of customers depending on the status of their current order's fulfillment.
- Last Fulfilment Tracking Number
Specifies tickets of the customers whose last order either has or doesn't have a tracking number.
- Shipping Address Country
Triggers a Rule depending on the country in which an order was placed.

Targets the province the last order is being shipped to.
- Shopify Customer Created Date
Applies a Rule only if your customers' profiles have been created during a specific time.
- Order Count
Triggers a Rule depending on how many orders your customer has made so far in Shopify.
- Tags
Searches for Shopify customer tags in Gorgias via Rules.
- Total Spent
Tracks all previously made orders and adds the amount spent.
